This is the third top designed by @gottahook featuring the wattle stitch. The pattern is made-to-measure which means that you need to measure your own body and you will crochet the top based on your own measurements. You can make it tight or loose fitted (if you want more coverage). The top is also reversible. For the front ties, it’s up to you how many ties you want and you can place them anywhere you prefer. You also have the freedom to decide if you want it to be puff-sleeved or if you just want a normal sleeves.
