This is the seventh top designed by @gottahook. It is a shirred/smocked and stretchy milkmaid peplum top/dress. The main stitch used in this piece is the triple crochet which gives a delicate look. The elastics are inserted while you make a transition (hdc) row. The pattern is made-to-measure so it is size inclusive. You can also adjust the design depending on your preference

Materials:
- Yarn: I used approximately 200(top)-450(dress) grams of Sport Weight Yarn (Size 2).
- Hook: I used 3.5 mm (.5 bigger hook than your usual hook size for sport weight), and 4 mm hook.
- 4mm elastics (2-3x length of your waist, 1x length of your under bust, and 1x length of your upper bust).
- Tapestry needles
- Tape measure
- Stitch markers
- Scissors
- Sewing needle and thread (optional).
