Can I cancel this reservation?
Unfortunately, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. 

What age can join the event?
Participants aged 8 years old and above are welcome to join. For participants under 13 years old, it is advised that a guardian accompany them.

Do I need any prior experience in punch needling?
No prior experience is necessary. This event is perfect for beginners as well as those looking to refine their skills.

What materials do I need to bring?
All materials will be provided. Just bring your enthusiasm and creativity!

Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! The more, the merrier. Just make sure your friend is also registered in advance as we only have limited slots for the event.
