This skirt design is inspired by the Y2K fashion. It can be a mini, midi, or maxi skirt and has a lace detail at the bottom. It is made of basic crochet stitches like single, half-double, double, and triple crochet. Waistcoat and cable stitches are also used in the pattern. This is quick and easy crocheted skirt pattern that's not see through. I recommend styling this with my other cable patterns, Ivy sweater and Piper cardigan.
Materials
- You can use other brands of cotton or even acrylic yarn. Just make sure that the yarn you'll be using is not too stiff and should be a bit stretchy. I used approximately 250 grams for my size.
- Another color of Fingering or sport weight yarn for the lace details at the bottom part. I used less than 50 grams.
- 4mm (for the dk yarn), and 3.5mm (for the sport weight yarn) hook sizes.
- Tape measure.
- Scissors.
- Stitch markers.
- Tapestry needles.
